Auto webinar bug fix (2026/4/8)
Thank you for always using it.
There was an incident where the video periodically stuttered or stopped while watching the auto webinar.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to customers who are watching.
Improvements
- Improved playback stability for auto webinars — fixed the jitters and freezes that occurred regularly while watching. The playback speed was changed to a smooth sync system with fine adjustments, and now you can watch comfortably
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where videos might not be displayed when starting an auto webinar on the broadcaster screen
- Fixed an issue where the recorded video would go black after finishing screen sharing
- Fixed an issue where operations such as stop/fast forward could be performed by mistake in the video preview on the broadcaster screen

New Features
Auto webinars (automated delivery)
- Added a function that allows recorded videos to be automatically distributed at a specified date and time
- Support for scheduling the broadcast start date and time and countdown display
- Status will be updated automatically after the broadcast ends
Real-time sync of logo hiding settings
- If you show or hide the logo during streaming, it is now reflected in real time on the viewer's screen/recording
- Instantly reflected without page reload
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where the logo hiding settings were not saved and were not reflected on the viewer side or in the recording
Recordings were sometimes not displayed correctly on the library screen or viewer page when specific single-byte characters (symbols) were included in the webinar name, so this has been fixed.
Skin Filter Improvements
The conventional ON/OFF switch has been changed to 3 modes that can be selected according to your preferences.
You can switch with one click from the broadcast studio settings panel.
